These License Terms explain how you may use Magic Mango Vault design files.

The short version: you may use Magic Mango Vault designs for personal projects and commercial physical products, with no cap on the number of physical products you create or sell. No attribution is required. You may not sell, share, give away, bundle, upload, or redistribute the digital image files themselves, whether altered or unaltered. Magic Mango Vault designs may not be used to create digital products.

The design files may not be made public, shared, resold, reused for other customers, or added to any public or shared design library.
Resize, crop, recolor, or modify the design for production Yes You may adjust the design as needed for your physical product.
Use the designs without crediting Magic Mango Yes Attribution is not required.
Sell or share the PNG, SVG, or other digital files No This applies whether the files are altered or unaltered.
Upload the files to file-sharing groups, design libraries, or shared drives No Do not share, post, upload, or distribute the digital design files.
Bundle Magic Mango files with other digital designs No The files may not be included in digital bundles, memberships, drives, or download collections.
Create digital products using Magic Mango designs No This includes digital stickers, printables, templates, clipart, SVG bundles, digital downloads, Canva templates, and similar downloadable products.
Claim the design files as your own artwork No You may sell physical products you create, but you may not claim ownership of the underlying Magic Mango design files.
What You May Do

You may use Magic Mango Vault designs for personal and commercial physical products.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • shirts
  • sweatshirts
  • mugs
  • tumblers
  • glass cans
  • totes
  • stickers
  • signs
  • ornaments
  • wind spinners
  • DTF transfers
  • sublimation products
  • printed decals
  • other finished physical goods

You may sell physical products made with Magic Mango Vault designs through your own shop, website, craft fair booth, online marketplace, customer orders, or small business.

There is no sales-volume cap for physical products. We do not set a 500-item, 1,000-item, or similar sales limit for physical products made with Magic Mango Vault designs.

No attribution is required. You do not need to credit Magic Mango Studios or Magic Mango Vault when selling or displaying physical products made with the designs.

 

Physical Products

For purposes of these terms, a physical product is something tangible that is made, printed, pressed, cut, engraved, shipped, or handed to a customer as a physical item.

Examples include finished products such as shirts, tumblers, mugs, totes, ornaments, stickers, signs, and wind spinners.

Physical production supplies are also allowed when they are sold or delivered as physical items. This includes physical DTF transfers, printed transfers, decals, and similar items.

A DTF transfer may be sold or shipped as a physical product. It may not be emailed, downloaded, shared, or delivered as a digital file.

Production Methods

You may use Magic Mango Vault designs with common production methods, including sublimation, DTF, printing, cutting, engraving, and similar processes.

You may work with a print shop, production partner, or fulfillment service to create physical products for your own shop, customers, or business. You are responsible for making sure the design files are used only to produce your physical products and are not made public, shared, resold, reused for other customers, or added to any public or shared design library.

Print-on-demand and fulfillment services are allowed when they are used to produce physical products for your own shop or customer orders. You may not upload Magic Mango Vault files to any marketplace, service, or library in a way that allows other people to access, download, use, customize, or sell products using the design files.

 

What You May Not Do

You may not sell, share, give away, upload, bundle, distribute, or otherwise transfer the digital design files themselves.

This applies to all Magic Mango Vault digital files, including PNG, SVG, and any other file types included with your access.

You may not redistribute the files whether they are altered or unaltered. Changing the color, size, layout, format, file type, wording, or other design elements does not make the digital file yours to sell, share, or distribute.

You may not use Magic Mango Vault designs to create digital products.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • digital downloads
  • SVG bundles
  • PNG bundles
  • clipart collections
  • printable files
  • digital stickers
  • Canva templates
  • editable templates
  • design assets
  • digital papers
  • digital planners
  • downloadable transfers
  • digital DTF gang sheets
  • digital sublimation files
  • memberships, drives, or download libraries containing Magic Mango designs

You may not upload Magic Mango Vault files to file-sharing groups, design libraries, shared drives, marketplaces, or platforms where others can access, download, copy, customize, sell, or reuse the digital files.

Modifications

You may resize, crop, recolor, arrange, or otherwise modify Magic Mango Vault designs as needed to create physical products.

However, modified versions of the digital files are still subject to these terms. You may not sell, share, give away, bundle, upload, or redistribute modified digital versions of Magic Mango Vault designs.

 

Ownership

Magic Mango Vault design files remain the property of Magic Mango Studios.

Your access allows you to use the files as described on this page. It does not transfer ownership of the original design files, artwork, or digital assets to you.

You may sell physical products you create using Magic Mango Vault designs, but you may not claim ownership of the underlying Magic Mango design files or offer them as your own digital artwork.

Third-Party Questions or Notices

Magic Mango Vault gives you permission to use the design files as described in these License Terms. We cannot guarantee that a third party will never make a claim, complaint, takedown request, or challenge involving a product you create.

If you receive a question or notice involving a Magic Mango Vault design, please contact us with the design name and a copy or screenshot of the notice so we can review it.

We may provide information we can verify from our records, but we cannot provide legal advice, represent you in a dispute, control a third-party platform’s process, or guarantee that a listing, shop, account, product, or payment will be restored or reinstated.
