Because Magic Mango Vault products are digital products, purchases are generally final once digital access has been delivered.

Magic Mango Vault is not responsible for actions, outages, delays, account decisions, listing removals, payment holds, policy decisions, fulfillment issues, or other actions taken by third-party platforms or outside services.
If an issue involving a third-party service also involves your Magic Mango Vault purchase or access, please contact us and we will review what we can from our side.
We try to keep Magic Mango Vault available and working properly, but we do not guarantee that the website, Vault, account area, or download system will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
