By using this website, browsing Magic Mango Vault, creating an account, purchasing a digital product, or accessing downloadable files, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

About Magic Mango Vault
Magic Mango Vault provides access to digital design files for makers, crafters, and small businesses.
Magic Mango Vault products are digital products. They may include PNG, SVG, and other digital file types depending on the product, bundle, or design.
Magic Mango Vault is operated by Magic Mango Studios.
Digital Products
Magic Mango Vault products are delivered digitally through account access, download access, email instructions, or other digital delivery methods.
Magic Mango Vault may use third-party cloud storage and file-delivery services, including Google Drive, to host or deliver downloadable files. When you download an eligible file, the download may be facilitated through Google Drive or another third-party file-delivery service.
No physical product is shipped unless specifically stated otherwise.
Product descriptions, bundle details, file-type information, access levels, and pricing may vary by product. Please review the product details before purchasing.
Purchases and Checkout
Magic Mango Vault uses SureCart as its checkout and order-processing platform. Depending on the payment method you select, payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal.
Your purchase may be completed through SureCart or an applicable payment processor and may be subject to that provider’s terms, privacy policy, and payment rules.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and account information at checkout.
Prices, offers, bundle contents, bonuses, and checkout terms may change from time to time. The product and access you receive are based on the product selected and the terms presented at the time of purchase.
Geographic Availability
Magic Mango Vault products, offers, and checkout may not be available in every country or region. We may limit or change geographic availability. Access to the public website does not mean that products are offered for purchase in your location. Completed purchases remain governed by the product and access terms presented at purchase.
Account Access
Magic Mango Vault bundle purchases require account access, and purchased Vault files are accessed through your Magic Mango Vault account and the Magic Mango Vault website.
We create or associate that account using the email address provided at checkout. If a new account needs credentials, we send password-setup instructions; existing customers continue using their existing account and password.
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for making sure the email address used for purchase is accurate and accessible.
You may not share your account login, download access, or private Vault access with other people.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being shared, abused, used to distribute files, or used in violation of these Terms & Conditions, the License Terms, or other Magic Mango Vault policies.
License Terms
Your use of Magic Mango Vault design files is governed by our License Terms.
The License Terms explain what you may and may not do with Magic Mango Vault files, including rules for personal use, commercial physical products, DTF transfers, sublimation products, third-party production, digital products, file sharing, redistribution, and modifications.
By accessing or using Magic Mango Vault files, you agree to follow the License Terms.
Refund Policy
Refunds, access issues, file corrections, duplicate purchases, and checkout errors are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Because Magic Mango Vault products are digital products, purchases are generally final once digital access has been delivered, subject to our Refund Policy and any non-waivable consumer
rights or remedies, including for faulty, misdescribed, or otherwise non-conforming digital products.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Magic Mango Vault website, files, systems, accounts, downloads, or content.
You may not:
attempt to bypass access controls, account restrictions, or download limits
share, sell, transfer, or distribute private Vault access
scrape, copy, harvest, or mass-download content for unauthorized use
use bots, automated tools, or other systems to interfere with the website or Vault
attempt to reverse engineer, copy, clone, or recreate the Vault system or browsing experience
upload malware, harmful code, or disruptive content
use the website or files for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing purposes
use Magic Mango Vault files in a way that violates the License Terms
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe these terms are being violated.
Intellectual Property
The Magic Mango Vault website, branding, design files, artwork, text, graphics, images, organization, and related content are owned or controlled by Magic Mango Studios unless otherwise stated.
Accessing or purchasing a Magic Mango Vault product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design files, branding, website content, or digital assets.
You may use Magic Mango Vault design files only as described in the License Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, upload, bundle, or otherwise exploit Magic Mango Vault content except as expressly allowed.
Third-Party Platforms and Services
Magic Mango Vault may rely on third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to checkout providers, payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, cloud storage and file-delivery providers, analytics services, marketplaces, production services, and fulfillment platforms.
We do not control third-party platforms or outside services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Magic Mango Vault is not responsible for actions, outages, delays, account decisions, listing removals, payment holds, policy decisions, fulfillment issues, or other actions taken by third-party platforms or outside services.
If an issue involving a third-party service also involves your Magic Mango Vault purchase or access, please contact us and we will review what we can from our side.
Website Availability
We try to keep Magic Mango Vault available and working properly, but we do not guarantee that the website, Vault, account area, or download system will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Temporary interruptions may happen because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, hosting issues, third-party service issues, or other circumstances.
We may update, modify, reorganize, remove, or replace website features, products, file organization, access methods, or Vault content as needed, subject to the product and access terms presented at purchase and applicable law.

We do our best to describe Magic Mango Vault products, file types, design categories, access levels, and bundle contents accurately.
Because Magic Mango Vault is a large digital design library, occasional errors, omissions, outdated details, or file issues may occur.
If a file has a technical issue or does not match the stated file specifications, please contact us so we can review the issue and, when appropriate, correct the file, replace the file, update the download, or provide access to the corrected version.
No Guarantees of Results
Magic Mango Vault designs are provided as creative resources for makers, crafters, and small businesses.
We do not guarantee that any design, product, listing, shop, advertisement, marketplace, or business will generate sales, income, traffic, approval, visibility, or any particular result.
Your results may depend on many factors outside our control, including your products, pricing, equipment, blanks, production methods, marketplace rules, photography, keywords, advertising, customer demand, and business decisions.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for making sure that Magic Mango Vault files are appropriate for your intended use, equipment, software, blanks, production process, marketplace, and business.
You are also responsible for complying with any rules, policies, or requirements of the platforms, marketplaces, production partners, fulfillment services, or payment processors you choose to use.

Updated Terms apply from the stated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website, Vault, account area, or digital files after that date means you accept the updated Terms for that use. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Mango Studios and Magic Mango Vault are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business-related damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost sales, loss of data, account actions, listing removals, production delays, or marketplace decisions.
Our total liability for any claim related to a Magic Mango Vault purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
Indemnification
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses that arise from your misuse of Magic Mango Vault files, violation of these Terms & Conditions, violation of the License Terms, violation of third-party platform rules, or unlawful use of the website or digital files.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts or dispute-resolution forum located in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States, except where applicable law provides you a non-waivable right to another forum or remedy.
